Fundamentals (Day 1)

Most people are using AI like a Google search with extra steps (And getting results to match). Before we get into how to fix it, we start with why. Why does it hallucinate? Why does it lose track mid-conversation? Once you understand 'why', 'how' becomes a lot easier.

We cover AI Foundations, not a technical deep dive, just a clear look at what AI actually is, how it generates a response, and where it falls short. From there, you'll learn the Auracle© Prompting Framework and a set of Essential Prompting Techniques that make an immediate difference in your day-to-day work (No computer science degree required). 

2. Auracle©
Workshop (Day 2)

If the Auracle© Fundamentals puts you ahead of most people, the Auracle© Workshop is where the gap really starts to show. We go deeper into Advanced Prompting Techniques, then look at how to connect AI to your own documents, data, and resources, so you get answers built for you, not everyone.

We also explore how to set AI to work in the background, handling tasks on your behalf, and close out with Responsible AI use. Because the more capable you become, the more important it is to use these tools well.

​

This is where we stop talking about AI and actually use it. You'll work through real scenarios built around the challenges you face in your role, applying everything from Parts One.

​

You'll leave with your own Auracle© Prompt Notebook, built by you, for you,  and hands-on experience creating Workflows and Agents that change how you operate day to day. By the time you walk out, AI won't feel like something you're figuring out as you go. It'll feel like something you know how to use.
